Reúnem-se os dirigentes Europeus para que em face à concorrência tecnológica a nível dos EUA, os dirigentes Europeus apostarem na competência e restruturação das empresas do velho continente. Os EUA não são vistos como um aliado a nível industrial, mas sim um exemplo a copiar.
European leaders meet so that, in the face of technological competition at the US level, European leaders invest in the competence and restructuring of companies in the old continent. The USA is not seen as an ally at an industrial level, but as an example to be copied.
